I don’t think it’s often I come across a car parked in a car park that I stand looking at for too long. Even the most exciting cars are viewed with a degree of transparency and distance in a car park – they’re always just a bit aloof and detached from the real world.
What sometimes makes viewing a car in a car park like this though is context. Context is everything, as we all know, and viewing cars parked in unusual places can make them seem more beguilling, more beautiful and a lot more enticing.
It is with that in mind that I spotted this wonderful 911 – alone in the early morning in an always fairly-empty town car park in Penzance. Looks great in off-white, and the attention to detail is clearly fantastic.
A drive in one of these anyday, please!
